Done Local combines centralized contract management with qualified local service providers to deliver reliable execution across geographically distributed facilities.
Government facilities require dozens of specialized services and supplies — janitorial, grounds, mechanical trades, environmental services, logistics, procurement, and more. Coordinating that across multiple vendors and locations is normally the buyer's problem.
Done Local takes it on. We hold the contract as prime, source and qualify the providers who perform the work, and remain accountable for the outcome — whether that work is done by a subcontractor or a direct employee.
We use a centralized operating platform to manage service delivery across contractors, locations, and scopes of work — provider qualification, contract compliance tracking, performance documentation, and quality surveillance, all in one system.
That's what lets us scale coverage into new markets without adding a separate management organization for every metro we operate in.
Done Local is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and is an approved vendor with the City of Austin. We're building toward federal, state, and education contracts using the same operating model — Texas first, because sourcing and oversight are easier close to home, with a geographic footprint that grows as we do.
Done Local works with licensed, insured local service providers and direct employees across our capability areas. If you're a qualified provider interested in government facility and field work, we'd like to hear from you.
